I have not long finished the Full Body Cleanse. The first day was hard as I had to get my body use to no cooked foods. From day 2 it was amazing, I was starting to feel light and I was enjoying my food more. After doing a 10 hour day at work I still found myself able to do a hour walk home. Felt amazing and the unwanted weight that I had starting to fall off. Wish the cleanse was longer than 20 days. I still have another 2 stone to release thats why I want to now to the weight release. Love the dehires products, eveyone should be doing this, *

I was amazed by the results. I felt better, my skin looks better and I looked by than I had in a while. I lost about 17lbs. The Full Body Cleanse was easier than I thought to stick to it til the end. Can't wait ti try the Weight Loss cleanse. *

While doing this full body cleanse, I can honestly say I felt better and thought clearer. The only issue I did have was with my own timing and planning. I learned how the results I was getting could be sabotaged by not sticking to the cleanse. I plan on giving it one more chance and really being focused. Dherbs Full Body Cleanse did just that. Made my body feel healthy and cleansed. Taking all the pills got me scared but at the end of it all, I feel great. Full of energy during work. Also made me change the way I eat. Don't be depressed that you'll no longer eat greasy and junk food. There is a lot of healthy food out there that are tasty (taste like you cheating on your diet). *

I found I had a difficult time sticking to the 20 day cleanse. I did not lose much weight, as I only lasted 13 days. For me, I found the 10 day Full Body Cleanse worked better. I was able to stick with the plan for that amount of time. My problem is I am 6'1 283 pounds and love to eat. To go from not eating many fruits and vegetables, to that being all I could eat was very tough. I did make the chili and hummus recipe. Again getting use to the food was very difficult. I did manage to lose 11 pounds so far on day 8 of the 10 day cleanse. I have spent $200 so far. I would love to try the 20 day cleanse again, but it is expensive.
