I felt that following the diet helped me more than anything. I'm diabetic and invested in the Full Body Cleanse for both my wife and I with hopes of seeing massive changes in my levels. Whereas I followed the instructions from A-Z, I didn't see much change unfortunately. I think it's very pricey for the everyday consumer. Would love to give it another chance before saying it didn't help totally. I did lose a couple of inches as well as a few pounds. *

The Full Body Cleanse is Awesome!!! My goal was to lose 10 pounds but I lost over 20 pounds. I was a little concerned because after the first few days, the weight was falling off very fast. I ate a lot of fruit, fruit smoothies, salads, a few vegetables. After I got past the change in eating, the 20 days went by quickly. I would definitely do the cleanse again if needed. *
