The Full Body Cleanse exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised that I did not experienced the withdrawals that usually accompany this type regiment. It was more of dealing with eating habits not hunger; so it was more mental, which is good because this encourage developing discipline while on this cleansing regiment. This only lasted for a day or two. I experienced a sensation of euphoria into the latter part of the first week (mental clarity, energy, and poise). Oh, not to mention the weight loss. *
