I am just completing the 20 Day Full Body cleanse. I am so excited because, not only did I lose 22 pounds on the detox, I also am sleeping much better at night, my energy is amazing and my skin look incredible. I was really concerned about doing the detox because I love sweets. Throughout the detox, I did not crave sweets at all...UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I have been off the detox for 8 days now, I have not gained any weight and still not craving any sweets. I am so grateful for the recipes on the website, they really helped me make it through the detox, there is so much more to eat than just salads. This detox has changed my entire way of thinking about food. I really enjoy preparing meals with fresh veggies and fruits. Today I made raw strawberry ice... AMAZING!!! It made me feel so good I will be buying the Full Body Cleanse again right away to continue with it. Clear skin, energy, and general feeling good. I was having depression and mood swings and it cleared that up after a few days of the cleanse. The first few days were headaches, stomach aches, and skin breakouts as my body was detoxing a lot of stuff. After that though it was all uphill. : ) *

I am satisfied with the program. I did lose about 10 pounds and 2% points on my BMI although I thought with how strict, stringent.....and expensive the program is that my results would have been more dramatic. I guess it would be unhealthy to loose to much too fast though. Especially since as soon as the pills are gone your appetite is back lol I think it's a good cleanse, it was my first as well. *
