I started the Full Body Cleanse after my husband came home surprising me with 6 bottles of what he said he heard about on the Steve Harvey radio show, I was in bed about to go to sleep, I looked at him crazy as he pulled out all these bottles.... okay so I started 3 days after receiving the order, it was startling just thinking about 6 bottles of capsules, however; I was comforted by the knowledge that the capsules were plant based! thoroughly read each formula's function. long story short I shed 10Lbs, boosted energy, encouragement, and much focus. I noticed positive changes in the following: bowel movement, circulation in my legs, decreased appetite, and seem like this swelling near my wrist decreased, sleep pattern improved ! I think I could have lost more weight but I ate FORBIDDEN foods during the process. I'm really interested in continuing a maintenance program or need to know if I need to do an additional cleansing? oh yeah to help me kind of really get into the groove, I purchased plant based protein smoothies from my local community health store Daily,,, The charcoal powder formula was interesting, that black colored water was not appealing but to my surprise there was no taste to it. Photos I've sent via texts have been getting responds like, you lost a lot of weight. Like I said earlier I lost 10Lbs, but in my face and around my shoulders, it looks like I lost a significant amount. no shame but I have a long journey to arrive my objective, "Management team" please help me along the way, "I weigh 290LBS" but this is the first product I have ever tried and seen results in a week of such amount (lost). *
