The Full Body Cleanse was great but for me just too many pills to take. I would rather have a liquid form of this product. *

This product was extremely great! I lost over 16lbs during this process and never once did I feel hungry or starved. I did have cravings for my regular food but other than that, it was great! My skin cleared up of certain things, my body took well to the change and I would recommend this to any and everyone who is trying to live a better and healthier life style. Im on my way to living better and working out to shape my body and get into shape. And at 42yrs young, I need to be as fit and healthy as I can with three teenagers! I love this and thanks again for the Full Body Cleanse!!!! *

I lost 9lbs in the first week and 2 lbs in the second. The diet is difficult for someone like me and because I wasn't expecting it, I won't offer a 5-star rating. Perhaps the diet did the work more than the product. :) It took some adjusting, but it was successful. It gave me a Head start to eating healthier. But now that I am eating somewhat normal again, I gained 2 lbs back in the first week. The Full Body Cleanse is a good product. *

The Full Body Cleanse was a WONDERFUL experience. I thought I would struggle with eating all raw foods. I love salads but not being able to have vinegar (ingredient in many dressings) proved to be a challenge for me at first. However, once I found my rhythm, I was good to go. My allergies and heartburn became non-existent, I slept much better at night and popped up easily in the morning. In total I released 16.6 lbs in 20 days. I wish I could say I stuck with the raw diet but I did not and of course my allergies, heartburn and overall sluggishness returned. BUT, I am now ready for round 2!!! I definitely recommend it to anyone who is on the fence. *

I will recommend the Full Body Cleanse to anyone! Not only will you lose weight but you will feel great mentally/spiritually. I wasn't grumpy or anything of the sort due to the drastic change in eating habits & i didn't even have the urge to quit or eat anything unhealthy. Even if you get discouraged the friendly staff is there to encourage & motivate you to get back on track. I've detoxed before but this was the best thus far!
