At the beginning of the Full Body Cleanse, I found it difficult adjusting to taking the daily supplements; But on day three, I numbered and wrote the times on each bottle, making it easier to make sure I took all the supplements. I had smoothies for breakfast (mostly vegetables) which made me feel full. This made it easier to stick to the raw food diet. I started going to the bathroom on the regular and started losing weight. This gave me the incentive to continue this cleanse. I recommend this cleanse because not only did it make me feel healthy but also lose weight. *

The Full Body Cleanse was very effective don't know how much weight I loss but my cloths got very loose. The diet was hard to follow because I travel a lot food became a tad more expensive than expected. Overall great product. *

Let me start by saying that I am NOT new to detoxing or new to using single or multiple herb concoctions. I am in the Holistic Health/Healing Industry, and have seen remarkable results. I prefer, personally to live this way. *

I'm not into spending money so after my wife bought the Full Body Cleanse and didn't use it, I decided to try it...I didn't think I would be able to do this. But after i got through the first three days it was a breeze!!! Sure I missed a few foods but when outsiders started to tell that I was trimming down, it motivated me to Not cheat and finish the 20 days..! This was last year when I went from 245 lbs. to 217. Anyways; I'm 225 pounds now and I want to get to 205 so I'm going to do it one more time on my dime this time...LoL! (It Will change your eating habits for the better..!) *
