I am pleased with my results. Although I bought the 20 day Full Body Cleanse, my father and I split it to ten days a piece. I am a solid thick womanly who struggled with my weight for years. I always felt sluggish and tired, lacking motivation, and hating how my skin became tinted over time.Although my weight number did not change drastically I did lose noticeable lbs. *

My boyfriend and I did the Full Body Cleanse together so we could support each other and hold each other accountable. I must say it was very easy in the beginning as we LOVE fruits and vegetables. Towards the end I started to think I wasn't going to make it as I was having a hard time finding some types of dips to eat with my fruits. But I did make it. He lost 18 pounds and I lost 16!
