I'm about 15 days into my Full Body Cleanse and have lost 10 pounds and feel great. My biggest problem is snacking - carbs (crunchy / salty) and sweets. This really does help curb the cravings for both of those and instead crave the taste of fresh raw fruit and vegetables. *

Excellent cleans. I didn't have any problems with taking it. I have type 2 diabetes and it helped to lower my A1C, I am going to do it again next month. Last year after giving birth to my daughter I was able to use this product and the Full Body Cleanse really helped with reducing my weight. At first it was very hard taking so many pills and eating healthy. But once you get used to it and actively taking the pills it becomes easier. Due to life busy plans I have gain weight and plans on using this gain to get me back on track. *

I absolutely love this full body cleanse detox!!! I felt like a feather after completing this cleanse. I lost 20lbs. I plan to do this again. My only complaint is the cost it's a little too expensive so I can't purchase it as often as I would like to. *

This product is wonderful. My husband and I completed the Full Body Cleanse detox together. I lost 17 pounds and he lost 11. I was able to breathe better, My blood pressure was normal and I just felt great! I am going to do the detox again and will try to do this at least 3 times a year. This time I plan to walk more and exercise so I can get back to my ideal weight of 125. Currently, I'm in the process of doing the Full Body Cleanse. I have 7 days remaining. I've been following to the letter and have lost 7.6 lbs as of this morning. I'm trying not to feel disappointed with so little weight loss considering all my hard work (eating habits and exercising), but I've adopted the mind set that it didn't take this short period to put it one, it will NOT take this short period to lose it. My goal is to lose at least 7 lbs this last week. I do not know what more I can do to accomplish this. *

When I first got the Full Body Cleanse I thought it would be too much with all these pills. After a couple of days if felt good.
