Currently, I'm in the process of doing the Full Body Cleanse. I have 7 days remaining. I've been following to the letter and have lost 7.6 lbs as of this morning. I'm trying not to feel disappointed with so little weight loss considering all my hard work (eating habits and exercising), but I've adopted the mind set that it didn't take this short period to put it one, it will NOT take this short period to lose it. My goal is to lose at least 7 lbs this last week. I do not know what more I can do to accomplish this. *
