The Dherbs 20 day Full Body Cleanse was great. By far one of the hardest things I have ever done. But I am extremely happy that I decided to try it after several months of contemplating. Day 1 of the Cleanse I weighed 260.2 lbs and Day 20 I weighed 247.0 lbs. After about day 8 my energy level shot through the roof. I was able to get up and exercise in the morning with no problem. I am planning on making the Cleanse an annual thing. If anyone is trying to decide whether to try the Cleanse I would say go for it definitely. It will take some discipline but you will be happy with the results. And remember this is not just a cleanse, it is a lifestyle change. *

Last year I was having some trouble keeping my blood pressure under control, so I decided to do the Full Body Cleanse again. It was the ABSOLUTE BEST thing I've ever done for my body in years! My husband and I ordered the Full Body Cleanse. I am a 44 year old woman and have struggled over the last 5 years to lose weight after my daughter was born. Energetic my skin was glowing and my midsection finally was bloat free! I honestly thought I would be in the bathroom often but it wasn't that type of cleanse. It was gentle and very effective. GREETINGS! I DECIDED TO TRY THE DHERBS FULL BODY CLEANSE SYSTEM AFTER ABOUT 2YRS OF HEARING IT ADVERTISED ON THE STEVE HARVEY MORNING SHOW. I FEEL THAT IT DEFINITELY MET MY HEALTH EXPECTATIONS BUT NOT NECESSARILY MY WEIGHT LOSS EXPECTATIONS. TO EXPLAIN FURTHER, I DEFINITELY LOST WEIGHT, I HIT A WEIGHT PLATEAU A COUPLE MONTHS AGO THAT I JUST COULDN'T SEEM TO PASS AND DHERBS CERTAINLY HELPED ME BREAK IT. I WAS VERY STRICT REGARDING THE RAW FOODS DIET AS WELL, BUT UNFORTUNATELY I BECAME VERY ILL (TOTALLY UNRELATED TO THE PLAN) WITH A FEVER & TEMPORARILY LEFT MY PLAN FOR ABOUT 3DAYS.
