I'm currently on day 11 of my 20 day Full Body Cleanse, loss 5 pounds. Thus far things have been going well, with no side effects to the products. I feel energetic, seemingly sleeping better, and still able to go to the gym and continue my regimen. The capsules for me are easy on the throat (I take all 5 pills in one shot). I did the Full Body Cleanse the month of July. It wasn't easy and I did struggle at the beginning. However I did have significant results, I lost 14.5 lbs. I'm sure if I didn't have some weak moments there would have been even more significant results. Ive encouraged family and friends to give it a shot. I was one who did not go regular if you get my drift. The cleanse definitely help me with that. Also I gained more enjoy. I'm excited about giving the cleanse another shot with more discipline. I made it to the finish line & I was happy with my results! I'd heard a lot of talk about the Full Body Cleanse and how the results were GREAT but me being me ( I buy everything that say "weight loss") thought girl you know you gone take those pills for a week and say it didn't work! Ok now add raw veggies to the situation! Oh let's not forget the # of pills you have to take. Help me LORD, I did it I placed the order got the product and before I could even get started my husband said, you gone finish this or we gone have a problem *

I did lose 10lbs on the Full Body Cleanse even though I had several bad days (I didn't follow the cleanse correctly). I had the best sleep while cleansing. My skin is now glowing and overall I feel better and I can't wait to repeat it CORRECTLY this time! *

I just turned 40, have a 2 year old daughter, developed high blood pressure when I was in my third trimester of pregnancy and am Vitamin D deficient. Even after I spent a year working out 5 to 7 times per week, I never lost one pound! I had purchased the Full Body Cleanse in the past but sold it after reading the instruction booklet, thinking I could never attempt such a drastic eating challenge. Looking back now, I was not in the right mind-set and just needed to read more (a lot more) and I planned a beach trip (great motivation there!) One thing I read that stuck with me & completely changed my thinking was this: weight loss is 80% what you eat & 20% exercise. I had this backwards for years, which worked then but definitely not now! I decided to purchase another FBC... I lost a total of 12 pounds which is a huge success for me! This cleanse was very challenging but overall, I really enjoyed doing it and could feel my body going through some amazing changes! On day 2, I had a pretty severe headache but I knew it was my body detoxing. On day 9, I got a killer Charlie Horse in my right shoulder but again, I knew my body was detoxing. Those were the bad things, now on to the good things! I noticed right away a difference in my skin & hair; almost right away, my bowel movements began to regulate. Plus, I had so much energy it was unbelievable! I took my BP meds for about 4 days and then decided to stop taking them too. I monitored my BP every day & I can report that I am now in the normal BP range! I am a highly satisfied & completely cleansed customer! I will recommend this to everybody! Thank you, DHERBS:) *
