The Full Body Cleanse worked well for me. 20 days was a long time to be on the cleanse but it paid off in the end. I felt (and actually was) lighter. I lost 12 pounds on the cleanse. It is interesting to note that while on the cleanse, I often felt hungry. So, it seemed as though I was eating all the time because the raw vegetables and fruit are very light (as in not dense). The cleanse will definitely be apart of my annual ritual. *

My wife and I both completed the Full Body Cleanse. At the onset we both thought that it would be very difficult to complete. Initially it was, however around about the fourth day we began to adapt. I feel that it works best with a partner, that way you can keep each other focused, motivated, and honest. The result where great! Our goal was not to lose weight but rather adapt a healthier lifestyle which we have done. I did manage to lose 8 pounds and she lost close to 15. I feel that I have more energy throughout the day and am looking forward to continue a DHerbs regime. We are individually about to embark upon specific cleanses. I just finished the 20 day Full Body Cleanse and I feel great. I recently had a baby in January and I started the cleanse at 185 lbs and at the end of the cleanse I weighed 165 lbs. I couldn't believe I lost 20 lbs! I still have 30 more pounds to lose, but DHerbs has gotten me off to a great start. *

I was a little unsure about trying the Full Body Cleanse, but it was the best decision I ever made. The first day was a little hard because it is a big change food wise but after that it was fine. I lost 15lbs, and I feel great, life changing. My mom also did it at the same time as me and she lost 17lbs. I couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend this product. It cleanse you and you can see the difference. *

This is day 14th on the Full Body Cleanse. I did not loose a lot as yet, 4 pounds but I lost inches and feeling great. I followed the plan, not sure why I did not loose more. Even though it was hard, I pushed on. I am full of so much energy. After day 5, the temptation was gone. DHerbs staff is great. Always willing to assist. *

I am on day 9 of the DHERBS Full Body Cleanse, and I am feeling fabulous! The first 2 days, I slept a lot, as I was not used to getting 6-8 hours of sleep, but with the daily cleanse regiment, it's like my body craved the extra sleep, and since I started on the weekend, this was an easy feat to accomplish. On days 1, 3, 4, and 5, I took my HBP medication, and where I felt somewhat better, but was not quite feeling totally great, so I called the DHERBS rep. who advised me not to take the HBP meds, and to look up the side effects. The answer was clear, the medication was making me feel somewhat sluggish, so from day 6 until now, I have been cleansing without them, and I must say, that today, day 9 is the best day thus far! The 6 daily formula regimens are all working well together to detoxify my body, mind and soul. I have chosen to stay off of the scale until the end of the cleanse, because I don't want to be too focused on what the scale will say; I first want to complete the 20-day cleanse successfully. I can say that I now have an overall sense of well-being, and much more energy--walking faster, and being able to climb each set of stairs at a much faster rate, and with a happier state of mind. I used to take arthritis medication each night before I go to bed, and now with the DHERBS cleanse, I stopped taking them, and especially with the product's ability to reduce mucous in the body, I am walking practically pain free! I am eating the vegan diet of raw fruits and vegetables, and raw nuts, and I am finding that I don't need a large portion of food to feel satisfied. I also decided to follow the recommendations in the instructional booklet, and cleanse with distilled water, which is working out great! At this rate, I just may go for an additional 20 days at the completion of my first 20-day cleanse. Thanks DHERBS! *

I completed the 20 day Full Body Cleanse and I am now moving forward to the Weight Release Cleanse. The 20 day cleanse was somewhat of a challenge for me around day 15 but, all and all I did OK. I am very critical of myself and thought I looked the same afterward but, everyone noticed a big change in my appearance. I am excited about doing the weight release cleanse so that I can really see the difference in my appearance. *

Took the Full Body Cleanse and lost 15 pounds and gained lots of energy. I even learned to enjoy raw foods. *
