My husband and I first completed the FULL BODY CLEANSE in April. I was totally amazed at our results. Even though he lost weight faster than I it didn't bother me too much because I watched the scale drop drastically over the 20 days for us both. We felt like new people in new skin! We learned to enjoy healthy eating choices and new experiences with food selections. After the cleanse we kept up our good eating habits for a while but eventually we slowly crept back into bad habits. As a result of our poor planning we have picked up some unwanted pounds, more than we probably like to admit to. Plus we feel awful! SO instead of digging a deeper hole with our bad eating we have both recommitted ourselves to a fresh start by completing the FBC again only this time we are not looking back! I began my 20-day Full Body Cleanse on September 1st. By day 20, I was 25lbs lighter and felt amazing. Although I completed the cleanse, I continued the raw food diet as I was training for a sports competition, which was to begin on October 7th. On the morning of my flight out to Minneapolis for the competition, I was another 5lbs lighter, bringing my weight loss to 30lbs. As a result, I played incredibly well and enjoyed some success. The first two days on the cleanse for me were challenging as I experienced some headaches and fatigue, but beginning on the third day, it felt as though I had released all the toxins from my body, and everything just looked and felt clearer. Every day thereafter, I felt better and better. This feeling helped motivate me to stay focused on the plan as I did struggle with some cravings. But the better I felt and the more weight was released, the more determined I became. My results were so impressive that several coworkers noticed a healthy change in me visually and asked what I was doing. I told several coworkers about the cleanse, and two of them have tried it and were just as impressed. Thank you Dherbs, I feel amazing. *

I did the 20-day Full Body Cleanse and absolutely loved it and the way that it made me feel. I lost a total of 20 lbs in the 20 days, ate fully raw/vegan during the cleanse with the exception of the last few days when I added a 1/2 cup brown rice for something hot to eat as recommended in the cleanse guide. I had plenty of energy, felt great, and felt the weight loss in the way my clothes fit. Experience wise, prior to the cleanse I constantly had lower leg/ankle swelling (fluid) but couldn't take fluid pills (prescription or otherwise) because it would slow down my heart-rate too much and cause me to be light-headed/dizzy so I had to just learn to live with it. However, the cleanse cleared all the fluid issues with absolutely no heart-rate issues or other side-affects...I did have some pretty moderate lower calf cramping that went down as low as across the tops of my feet but it happened several times over a period of 4 days and then was completely gone but I had no more lower leg/ankle swelling and that was amazing after several years of having to "just live with it". I found/used some of the Raw/Vegan recipes on the Dherbs website (recipes section) and loved them, which I continue to eat/drink daily or regularly because I simply loved them. My only issue with the cleanse, other than the few days of leg cramps was the packaging of the charcoal powder. I found that it made such a mess after originally opening it for my first dose and trying to store/re-seal the rest each day but a simple recommendation would be if it came in daily dose capsules like the rest of the formula or was packaged in a single/daily dose packaging to keep it sealed because it's so light & powdery that it just made a mess when putting the package in a Ziploc bag for storage each day. Other than those minor things, I found the cleanse and it's affects on my body, along with the Raw/Vegan diet simply amazing. I thought it would be extremely difficult to do the Raw/Vegan diet but it was really much easier to do than I expected and it was easy to stick to as long as I changed up what I was eating or when eating salads regularly, by just changing out the items I added to the salad each day to keep a different flavor profile, such as adding apple & nuts one day, then changing it up by adding a different fruit each time or 2 fruits with no nuts another day. I found the Raw/Vegan Ranch dressing (found on Dherbs recipe website) was amazing and I still make/use that. I enjoyed the cleanse so much that I'm doing it again and plan to do it 2-3 times a year for health cleansing & weight loss until I reach my personal goal weight. *

I've used the Full Body Cleanse on 3 different occasions and have gotten great results all 3 times. Not only have I lost weight but I'm in better health all the way around. I had some blood work done after completing the Full Body Cleanse and my cholesterol and glucose numbers decreased considerably! I can only attribute such a positive turnaround in my health to the herbs. This is such a wonderful and healthy product! *

Excellent product. I have ton's of energy and lost 18 lbs. It was not difficult and was easy to follow. I did the Full Body Cleanse to finish just before Christmas. My eating habits will definitely change for sure. Thank you! *

Thank you Dherbs for being able to provide such a powerful Full Body Cleanse. I have heard about this product on the Steve Harvey Show around the same time of last year. I had decided to give it a try at that time. After trying it, my experience has not only positively affected my weight, but also my mind and thinking process. I have lost 25lbs without exercising and was able to successfully achieve a master’s degree. I am planning on losing 40lbs with the DHerbs cleanse and exercising this coming year as my New Year’s resolution. I know I can achieve my goals. This product has changed my life forever and forever. I did my first Full Body Cleanse regiment 4 wks ago, I did notice some positive changes with my body chemistry. I look forward to doing five more cycles as recommended, to see optimal results. *
