This Full Body Cleanse was excellent! I received mental clarity, and lost a couple of inches of the gut. I also obtained an overall feeling of good health, and got rid of a lot of nagging aches and pains. This cleanse eliminated a lot of toxins from my system. The recommended diet (vegan-like) for this cleanse went a long way in helping me change my eating habits for life - it's said that new habits are formed in 20 days. I did the Full Body Cleanse to jump-start my change to a more health conscious lifestyle. I lost 10 pounds and was able to curb my sweet tooth. That's not to say that I don't enjoy an occasional sweet treat, but I have been able to stop adding sugar to foods and drinks I consume! I gave 4 stars just because the carbon was hard for me to take daily. I couldn't get my mind past the black water and didn't consistently use the carbon. However, I am planning to do the Full Body Cleanse every six month. Thanks. *

I am a fan of this Full Body Cleanse. I did my best to "follow the rules", but fell short a few times. And even with my not-so-good days, I still did great! The instructions tell you not to beat yourself up if you have a moment of weakness, and to just get right back at it after you regain your senses! That's exactly what I did, and I still managed to lose 12 pounds. And people noticed my accomplishment! My bad habits were coffee that still needed creamer. I didn't use any type of sweetener, so that was my way of trying to follow the rules. And over the course of 3 weeks, I had three events that required me to eat real food and drink cocktails. And I didn't exercise. These things probably stopped me from losing the maximum amount of weight possible. But it was still worth it. It's now 3 months later, I plan on doing another detox in the next month. I was going to wait 6 months, but I have fallen back into some bad habits. So I'm going to do my next detox sooner than I had planned, just to regain control of my new healthier eating lifestyle. The hard part is the transition after the detox. Have a plan! *
