I completed the 20 day Full Body Cleanse on April 8th and I feel amazing. I timed it just right I went for my 3 month check up on the 11th I lost 13lbs and being a diabetic with high blood pressure my ha1c went from a 10.8 to a 7.8 my bp was 130/80 which for me is AWESOME! I didn't take any meds during the cleanse (I don't advise anyone to do this I wanted to prove to my self I could control my diabetes and high blood pressure with diet and exercise). My Dr. gave me a high 5 when she read my results. I will be doing it again! *
