I was very pleased with the Full Body Cleanse. It was a little hard because I am not a veggie eater, but it worked out for me. I lost a total of 15lbs and that was a great start for me to continue on my weight lost. I also have HTN, my reading before I started was 140/100 and that is with meds, last reading was 120/82. I successfully completed 20 days on the "Full Body Cleanse" last year. After taking the herbs for 3 days, I began to feel differently. I felt lighter and was able to do my 3 mile daily walk without a lot of pain and struggle. I lost 17 pounds on the 20 days. I took 30 herbs daily and thought it was going to be hard for me to remember but the product comes with instructions and everything I needed to organize myself to be successful on the program. My husband was so impressed with my success and results that he is now going to do the Full Body Cleanse with me. I recommend that everyone do a Full Body Cleanse at least once or twice a year. I heard of your product on Steve Harvey radio show, I was interested for multiple reasons. I find I’m always tired, lack concentration and overweight. Eating all raw foods was a challenge. However, I found a way to keep myself afloat each week. I am also knowledgeable about the "real" foods that we need to provide for our bodies. Thanks, Dherbs! The Full Body Cleanse was a blast! I have lost weight, especially in my waist area, and my body feels lighter. My mental thoughts were clearer, more alert, and sharper, not indecisive and sluggish. I felt like a new person. The Full Body Cleanse was the blast I needed. I have taken cleansing formulas in the past, but none were Full Body Cleanses. I always wanted to do a Full Body Cleanse so I decided to do one this year and when I heard Shirley Strawberry & Jr. talking about it on the radio especially people with high blood pressure so I said I'll give it a try. I tried to be a big girl and do the 20 day on my first try I all most said forget it I can't do this for 20 days eating like a vegan (lol), but I though about it that would have been a waste of money. So I continued with the cleanse and I really, really liked it. I felt cleansed, lighter, slept really well at night and also when I worked out it seemed as if I had so much more energy to where I normally work out for 1 hr I would find myself doing 2 and I wasn't tired the next day for work. I have done the Full Body Cleanse twice now, and have recommended it to several of my friends who have also done this cleanse several times now too and everyone loves it! I love the holistic approach to cleansing the body with the use of herbs, it's the best one I have ever done! I feel so great, have wonderful energy and my body glows from doing the FBC. This is my third time performing the Full Body Cleanse with amazing results each time, not only did I lose weight, but my energy increased. My skin looks healthier and my eating habits improved to just eating fish and turkey after the cleanse, before the first time performing the cleanse I ate all types of meat, my goal is to completely eliminate meats from my diet.
