I did the Full Body Cleanse last year and I can tell you I lost some weight and had so much energy after completing the cleanse. I was having a problem with my allergy's and was sick of all the medicine I was on but after doing the cleanse I can tell you it helped because my face is not swollen anymore and I have not taken a allergy pill since doing it and now I am getting ready to do another cleanse. *

Doing the Full Body Cleanse was a good thing for me. I have some health issues and this helped me lose a total of twenty five pounds. I noticed some water weight loss as well. I also had less pain in my legs and my joints. A raw food diet was something new and interesting. I am doing it a second time because after the first one I know it will work.
