You have to be very strong to make it through the Full Body Cleanse and must get rid of any negative thoughts lol. It probably wouldn't have been so hard if I didn't work at Wendy's or have 3 children to cook for. I did have one slip though. I released 22 pounds without exercising. Could have lost more I believe if I had exercise. I took a two week break in between this and the Weight Release Cleanse and Regimen. I am currently on day 8 and I had one slip smh..... I have released 8 pounds so far. I am currently exercising with two of the biggest loser dvd's. Good luck! *

I am on my week 2 of the Full Body Cleanse and I lost 18.5 pounds and I feel great. I really was hesitant on doing this for the cost, but it was worth the cost to get me back on track to a healthy body and spirit. I did the Full Body Cleanse for 20 days! No breaks or temptations. I can honestly say this has been a life style change for me. I lost 23 pds and I feel so good. I was looking forward to taking the Full Body Cleanse because I knew all my systems would be cleansed. I was right. My constipation was elminated and I sleep better at night. I was happy that years of junk was being released from my body. A great product to take seasonly to lose weight and achieve great health. *
