I just finished the Full Body Cleanse about a week ago and it was excellent! I lost 8lbs according to the scale but in actuality I lost more than that. I completely feel the difference in my body and my blood pressure is back to normal levels. At times, it wasn't the easy thing to do because "life" was happening but I made it through.
