I have just completed the Full Body Cleanse with excellent results. Firstly the weightloss for me has been outstanding, it just shows that my diet was full of junk food. Since the cleanse I have maintained my new eating habits, with ease. The Full Body Cleanse is a product that I used personally. I found it to be effective. I have recommended it to many of my friends, and family. You should experience a difference if you use this product. To what degree all depends on your body, and how well you follow the diet. This is my second Full Body Cleanse. I am as pleased with the results of this FBC as I was with my first DHerbs FBC last year. This regimen provides motivation for me to eat better and be more aware of my own health. The instruction booklet is invaluable. FBC also a good way to develop better eating habits. Great product. This was my 2nd detox but my 1st Full Body Cleanse detox. Stuck to a raw foods diet and lost 4-5 lbs. I have to note that at one point I was down to 7 lbs, but I've been working out in the gym for 8 months now and stepped it up. I probably gained muscle mass. Compared to my last detox, it was just as effective. Would have liked a little more movement if you know what I mean. However, my last detox only involved 9 pills, and this one includes a whopping 30. Overall, will alternate between Dherbs detox and the other one. *
