I completed the Full Body Cleanse at the end of March. I followed the program as instructed and I feel great. I have tried many other cleanses in the past and this was great in comparison. It was very gentle and even though I was only eating raw foods the herbs kept me from being hungry. My skin is glowing and I had plenty of energy. I lost weight and my clothers fit better. I will admit it was a lot of pills, but once I got started it was easy to stick to the schedule.
