I recently tried the Full Body Cleanse. On the first day after the second set of capsules I noticed I was breathing more clearly. The next morning I woke up I did not have to clear my throat of mucus the way I would usually have to. I noticed better sleep patterns, once I was a sleep I was out for the count; I woke up each morning feeling rested and I was no longer tired throughout my day. I did not take the Full Body Cleanse to lose weight as I only weigh 124 lbs. did it because all though I do not have weight issues, I have very poor eating habits and my body was beginning to suffer from it. I was a little afraid that I would lose weight but I did not. I noticed plenty of energy and regular bowel movements. This product is great and the capsules are very easy to swallow. I would recommend this product to anyone who would listen. I saw it all the way through to the end. I will admit after the 4th day I did not follow the diet exactly and my body quickly let me know I was doing something wrong. I will try this product again and many of the others products as well. *

I just finished the Full Body Cleanse Detox. It was pretty good. I did use the bathroom on the regular which was good. My skin cleared just a little, but it's pretty much the same so I guess it didn't really help for that although a lot of people said they skin cleared and got brighter. I guess I will try just the 10 Day Supreme Blood Cleanse next, maybe that will work. We will see! *

The Full Body Cleanse is Awesome!!! I used it twice and my skin appeared much clearer, and the weight dropped. I love this product! *

This Full Body Cleanse really works if you follow the directions and food regulations listed. It was hard for me the first 4 days but after that it was a piece of cake. I really benefited from the raw food diet, felt significantly better, and had a clearer mind and better mood. I lost 22 lbs on the diet as well. I'm going to do it again but this time maintain the raw food program for life. *

I thought the Full Body Cleanse would be complicated the first time, but I was so wrong. The first day, I had a little nausea, it was a possible side effect mentioned in the booklet so I was prepared. After the second day, I noticed that I didn't need nasal spray anymore. Mucous was just leaving my body like a miracle. I haven't been able to breathe like that in over a year. If you follow the plan, it works wonders. You can actually see results almost daily.
