This will be my 3rd purchase of the Weight Release. I came from a whopping 205 pounds to a current 160 lbs. I did lose all my clothes but that was my idea to be smaller and toned. Bowel Motion works great. I would take one a day for daily movements. Then if you really want to clean yourself out take two and watch the magic. This product is the best on the market. *

I just completed the Full Body Cleanse and this was the best cleanse I've ever done. Previous to the cleanse I was having some pressure/pain in my upper right abdominal area and was constipated for about 2 weeks. I went to the doctor and found out that I have gallstones. This cleanse really helped me. Half way through the cleanse my constipation was completely gone and the pressure in my upper abdominal area felt better. I also lost about 5 pounds.
