I've been taking this Hair Skin Nails supplement for about 3 months now. My skin is clear, nails are nice and strong and my hair is growing. It took a couple of months before I saw a difference with my hair, but I'm pleasantly surprised with the growth now. *

Hair Skin Nails grows my nails. I am prone to breakage due to a health condition. It took about 30 days after I saw any results. With some products you have to wait a while to get into your system to take affect. Hair growth is a different story. I haven't seen too much progress with my hair growth. That's the reason I only give 4 stars. *

The Sugar Formula definitely did the job. We are looking for the maintenance packages to be a bit more affordable, however it did the job. *

Great Product as usual! While following the weight release cleanse, I had lots of energy. I followed the raw vegan food diet as recommended and I lost 10 pounds. After the cleanse I felt great afterwards. Very happy with my results once again. I highly recommend the weight release cleanse and regimen. *

I like this one but for me the colon one works much better; at least I get better results. I still like this one as well. *

I think the first time around the Full Body Cleanse worked great--10 lbs. lost in one week. The second and third time around with 20 day plan with slightly less religious adherence to avoiding everything did not work. I'm plateaued and hoping to lose another 10 with stricter guidelines. The supplements make a huge difference. Tried it without them and it did not work as well. *

Black Seed is an excellent supplement. It is a part of the best cleansing elements available. *
