When I bought my first Full Body Cleanse I followed the instructions to the letter and lost 10 pounds. I had lots of energy. I felt great, and my health improved. Taking the cleanse in the spring/summer time helped me especially as I haven't quite learned how to be disciplined with my choices of food. My doctor also saw a positive change in my medical results. I cheated with my second Full Body Cleanse because I did it in the winter time and found it more challenging to keep the salads going. I paid for the cheating by not getting the weight loss results I had previously with my first order. So I was a little disappointed. I'm now going for my third Full Body Cleanse because I firmly believe that the body needs that complete cleanse to remove all the toxins found in our everyday food. I also like the recipes that Dherbs offers and even the guidance on what foods to eat and their benefits. Full body cleans a good product, and I encourage everyone to give it at least one try. The Uterus Cleanse was a great experience, in terms of balancing my hormones. I noticed that my midsection was much smaller, in which I guess the fibroids was not growing. Additionally, I noticed I had a lot more energy and was able to hit the gym. I would recommend the Uterus Cleanse to women that are premenopausal. *
