This maintenance cleanse is a really good 10 day cleanse if you can stay consistent but I did much better with the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. *

It helped with the appetite, don't expect it to cure all of your hunger pains though. It just helped. The hunger control supplement works better than the sugar control. I do plan on getting this product again. I know what to expect now. *

This spray smells amazing. It has such a light floral scent. I just didn't get any love in these streets...but I smelled like a spring flower! I did notice that strangers tended to have really random conversations with me??? Well, I guess I did get some light love from the love spray! Thank you Dherbs. I think overall the Full Body Cleanse is a good product. Takes just a bit of will power, but literally if I can do it, anyone can! I know it's cliché, but true. I do my life in sprints, so each day became a sprint to the last day, then the next day was another sprint, until I had 3 and then 5 and then 10 days under my belt. I am one to start on the first Monday of the first week of the first month, and then by that Wednesday, I've fallen off. With this I actually decided to start Feb 1, since Feb is a short month. That right there was a great mental hurdle. I am not a vegetarian by any means, so this was like going cold turkey at becoming or at least temporarily being a vegetarian. But the key is I DID IT!! I actually lost 13lbs and truthfully, I did not exercise one bit (hate working out). I also set daily sets of alarms on my phone, so I was able keep up with the times to take the supplements. Not once did I ever get an upset stomach nor did I EVER feel like I had to run uncontrollably to the bathroom. That was a true relief. The last thing though, is that the charcoal pack I wish came in a pill form. I was totally taken aback by the water still turning black when I mixed it. For some simple reason, I really thought it would have dissolved clear. And then although it is very finely ground, there were still many granules in the water with each sip. Needless to say, after 2 sips on the first try, that was it for me with the charcoal. I do wish it did come in pill form with this cleanse, (I guess it may still be a little startling to see potentially black urine), but at least going down would be much easier. I wondered if that would have helped me to lose even a few more pounds. All that said and done, you can DO IT and you'll be proud of what you realize you have accomplished at the end. (and your clothes will stop touching you! :-) ) *

I did the 20 day full body followed by the 20 day weight release. I have less than a week to go and have only lost 10 pounds in total but feel great. I have been cheating a little here and there eating cooked veggies. I am going to order another 20 day weight release to keep going. The best part of losing weight is I have stopped snoring and haven't had to take any acid medicine for over a month. Amazing and highly recommend. *

This is a natural motivator for a natural body function. It doesn't induce the discomforts caused by laxatives such as cramps and bloating. But when you feel the urge, GO! *

I bought the jack rabbit tea for myself, even though it is for male, I used it and it worked a little bit. But the following day it did not have the reaction I thought it would. I shared a few bags with my male friend and it worked very good for him and he will be ordering some. I wish there were a tea for females. *

The Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen was great and pills were easy to take but at times it felt like a lot. I felt better everyday and overall my skin and body looked so much better after the cleanse. *
