Great cleanse! I feel great. No more coffee or sugar cravings. I lost inches, but not weight. Ready to start the weight release cleanse and hope I can release at least 10lbs. But the Full Body Cleanse is a wonderful challenge and great for your health. It felt as if my body was releasing a lot of held waste. I had several movements a day, even on a mostly juice diet. *

Well it was helpful because I could go right to it if I need questions about what to do. Also using the diet ebook had a lot of helpful information. A lot of ways to utilize for cravings on what to eat what not to eat. I would recommend this ebook to anyone. This is my third cleanse. *

This was by far the toughest cleanse I've done with Dherbs. You would think an extra dose of herbs wouldn't be an issue. . .but I found this cleanse exhausting. It didn't affect my stomach in a negative way, it was just exhausting for me. I didn't think having seven bottles of herbs to take would be a huge difference from taking six bottles of herbs that I've taken with the other cleanses; but it was. That one extra step had me feeling like it was never-ending. But, despite that minor detail, which really isn't a terrible thing for most people. . .the cleanse works. Weight loss can be accomplished with following the suggested diet. I lost about 10 lbs with this cleanse and I know someone else that lost 20 lbs. *

The cleanse worked fairly well. I ate as many salads as I could and fruit but I can’t just live like that too long. I eat cooked food after I get off of the cleanse in moderation. I still eat the salads for a meal and a salad with some cooked food when the cleanse is complete. I have lost from starting the cleanse last year and doing eat several times a year around 30 pounds that I am pleased to have accomplished. The maintenance plan helps me keep the weight down as well. *

I use this Full Body Cleanse about 1yr ago and it worked well for me, I plan to give it a second try. *

I had a hysterectomy some time ago & do not take any traditional hormone replacement therapies. I found that the Dherbs Female Hormonal has served me well. Very little to no hot flashes, mood changes, etc. I would highly recommend it. *
