This was a great product for me. I didn't lose a ton of weight with it, but I did feel better and could tell that my body had been cleansed of a lot of junk, which was my primary goal in using it. I did not follow the diet as prescribed, but I am okay with that. I work with a nutritionist and follow the guidelines we've worked through. I realize following the diet recommended here likely could have resulted in greater loss, but I'd rather lose slowly and eating in a way that is sustainable long term versus a quick fix approach. Regardless, that has little to do with the Full Body Cleanse product itself - just insight that if you don't couple it with the recommended diet, don't go into it with expectation to lose a dramatic amount of weight. This product did for me what I expected it to do with cleansing my system, so I'd use it again and recommend it to others. *

The Weight Release program got me started on my weight-loss journey. I lost 11 pounds on the cleanse, I probably would have lost more, but I had to have steamed vegetables during the cleanse, so I did not go completely raw. It was not that hard and I was never hungry. I have stayed on the healthy eating track for the last 3 months no sugar, no meat, no dairy and I have lost 20 pounds. I would recommend the cleanse as a kick-start to healthy living. *
