After I completed my Full Body Cleanse I noticed I still had skin imperfections on my face, so I ordered this Blood & Lymphatic, because I felt my blood still needed a good cleaning. Last year before I took the FBC my skin was horrible. I am now a vegetarian, no dairy or refined grains and I would recommend the FBC if you have skin problems. Since adjusting my diet along with taking the Blood & Lymphatic my skin is beautiful. Remember what is coming out of your skin is what inside of your body (toxins). I just love the Oxy-Oil. I use it for on my baby for diaper rashes and in 2 days, the rash is gone! I use it on my lips at night because I have dry lips causing chapped lips all the time. I love it because it is not greasy, I apply it on my breast and hair too. Great for everyday use. The last bottle lasted my about 3 months and I am ready to order another one! *

The Full body detox is an excellent product. I felt a difference right away, I followed the instructions but it took me a little longer to complete the program because I found taking 3-4 capsules worked best for me. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a thorough detox program. *
