It was nice to have almost right away because you can print it yourself. However, it was a pain to print. I wish it had pictures as well. It helps to know if it looks right. It would be nice to have a copy they can send you. It had a lot of great information inside, so it made it worth the purchase. *

When I first started the Full Body Cleanse, it was very challenging for me because of the diet aspect. After a few days I was able to settle into a routine and accepted the discipline. When I first received the Full Body Cleanse product, I was not sure I would be able to do it especially eating raw foods. I started the program and it was fairly easy to take the pills at the designated times. Unfortunately, I could not stay with the carbon charcoal powder drink. I started the 20 day cleanse and when I tell you the Full Body Cleanse has changed the structure and manner in which I use to eat. I have done Dherbs 10 day Full Body Cleanse Express again and I feel great. I lost 9lbs and a have started to eat better thanks to DHERBS. I have energy my face has cleared up and I am not tired.
