I have met the challenge! I have completed the Full Body Cleanse (today) and I am grateful for having gone through the experience and releasing the waste. This detox has affected me mentally, physically and spiritually. I have experience clear skin (mines is acne prone), flatter stomach (had a little pooch), frequent bowel movements (constipation issues), restful sleep, increase energy at night, lost waste=lose weight (already petite), softer skin, etc. I might have forgotten something! Lol! The experience was definitely challenging. I thought it was going to be easier than expected but I stuck with the regimen! I will be doing this detox 2 times a year, in Feb and October. I will also be doing other cleanses as well as taking maintenance herbs. I will be adopting a vegetarian diet was cutting back on my dairy intake increasing my raw foods. Oxy-Oil saved my skin this winter!! During the winter months my skin would itch and flake and drive me nuts but this year I came across Dherbs site and have been using this and many other products faithfully. I have a few problem areas. I use on my face, neck and lips each day. I also use on my stretch marks on my hips which are fading, thank god!! Hi Everyone, This is my third Full Body Cleanse (I try to perform on every new season or every other); I'm on day 3 now. Because I can see and feel the difference once I go back to cooked foods after the cleanse I want to remain living a raw foods lifestyle. So, this time around I have decided to get really creative and into preparing my own raw food dishes. I'm looking forward to this detox being the best that I have ever performed because I am used to and prepared for the journey and focused on my overall health.
