I have a couple of days left but I lost about 20 lbs so far and counting. I will now incorporate raw veggies and fruit everyday now. I no longer crave sweets, bread and milk for cereal. No Alcohol Formula is a wonderful alcohol detox. After taking it for several days, I decided to have a drink and my body rejected it. My only disappointment was that it was an expensive beer (poison). *

Today is my last day of the Full Body Cleanse! I couldn’t really tell a difference in energy at all, but I did notice a beneficial difference when it came to going to the bathroom. I must admit, I did cheat a little, for breakfast I ate oatmeal and toast a few times while doing the Detox. I will be doing it again, and this time ONLY fruits and veggies. *

The first time I did the Full Body Cleanse was pretty hard. The raw food diet was a big adjustment for me. But I did it and I am so glad I did. I lost almost 20lbs and was forced to think about the foods I put in my body. I try to do it every 6 months. The second time I did it was much easier. I made sure I had the foods I needed (fruits for smoothies, vegetables, nuts and raisins, etc) ready and available. I would recommend this product 100% if you are serious about cleansing your body. *
