The Full Body Cleanse works good if I do a juice blend of beets, cucumber collard greens and or kale. Raw broccoli and cauliflower purple onions lime or lemon juice fresh squeeze sea salt and powder cayenne pepper. Spinach garden salad very filling. Raw Walnuts and raw almonds soaked in water are very filling. Using the product and following this method there is no fatigue or hunger. I have more energy, lose a few pounds and it shows in the blood exams that the cholesterol improves. However the sugar in fruits seem to mess with cleanse. *

I took bowel motion every evening and it worked well to keep me regular through the holidays and the high eating days. I would certainly recommend it; it helps keep the weight down. I do not know what else to write but like I said it is good. I also used other products that have worked well, but will have to compare to see what is better for me. *

Great products and effective system. I lost 6lbs while doing this detox and it was easier than I thought to eat raw food for 10 days. I did avoid exercising while detoxing just because of the rapid weight loss I encountered. The only issue I had was my bowels were unpredictable the first few days but I scheduled my supplements to where I would be home when it was time to go. I felt like my tummy was always uneasy. I followed up with the bowel movement supplements a month later and I feel great! *

This product definitely works. I had to reduce the number of herbs that I took at one point because it was causing me cramping. *
