The Full Body Cleanse was the first thing I tried and I just say it work well. The reason I can't say it was the best is simple. I know for a fact you have to do the diet as well as exercise. Which I stuck to off and on. More off then on and yet I still lose a little weight and felt better over all. I have now continued to work on my diet and exercise. My diet is pretty much began now I still eat some chips or snacks from time to time. But I do highly recommend the Full Body Cleanse. Just make sure to be prepared for a lifestyle change. The cleanse does work but you also have to be willing to go the extra mile to get the full benefits. *

I ACTUALLY LASTED THE WHOLE 20 DAYS. THE PRODUCT TAKES A LOT OF SELF CONTROL AND DETERMINATION BUT THE RESULTS ARE AMAZING. IN THE 20-DAYS THAT I FOLLOWED THE PROGRAM I LOST 20 POUNDS AND MY BLOOD SUGARS NUMBERS WERE GREAT. I DID ONLY EAT RAW VEGETABLES AND FRUITS BUT IT IS NOT AS BAD AS IT SOUNDS IF YOU ARE PREPARED. I lost 14 pounds the first week! I think I slept better because I was up early and ready to go in the mornings! The only thing that was hard was eating raw fruits and veggies every day but it was worth it. I did give-in to meats a couple time and i felt very sluggish afterwards.
