I am very impressed w/ the Full Body Cleanse Kit! I had been struggling unsuccessfully for the past few years to release some unwanted pounds. I wasn't sure at first if I'd be able to handle a raw food diet, but it's been much easier than expected. Although I've only been on the detox for the past week, I'm amazed w/ the results I've seen so far. I've released 7 lbs, I sleep much better, and I feel alot more energetic! This full body Detox was awesome. I felt really good and energetic. I found different raw fruits and vegetables recipes online in which ended my monotony of just salads. Because I was not consuming any meat I did not think I would have the energy to exercise, but I was more energetic and was in the gym 4 to 5 times a week. I went from 155 to 135 in the three week time span. People told me it was water weight but 5 months later the weight was still gone. I slept better than I ever had.
