The maintenance packaged worked as expected. I didn't follow the recommendation to do a Full Body Cleanse right before, but I was still please with the results. My only dislike was the pain in my stomach to alert me of an oncoming bowel movement. The pain was uncomfortable. I would do the package in the future. *

I did the 10-day cleanse after not having done a cleanse or colonic in more than three years. I was bloated, tired and just unhappy with my body. Once I got past day three, I began to see results.
