The maintenance packaged worked as expected. I didn't follow the recommendation to do a Full Body Cleanse right before, but I was still please with the results. My only dislike was the pain in my stomach to alert me of an oncoming bowel movement. The pain was uncomfortable. I would do the package in the future. *

I did the 10-day cleanse after not having done a cleanse or colonic in more than three years. I was bloated, tired and just unhappy with my body. Once I got past day three, I began to see results. My clothes fit better, I felt less tired, and due to the eating plan, I was eating far more healthier than I had in my life. The sugar and meat cravings were gone. My belly bloat has pushed me in to a size 16, and after the cleanse I was able to get into my size 12s. I am quite happy with this product. *

This product was easy to use. You do need to be disciplined in following directions and doing a raw diet to achieve maximum results. I would recommend doing this cleanse each season to rejuvenate and release built-up toxins. *
