I bought the Uterus Cleanse after I tested the Uterus Tea. I thought it would be more difficult to stick to a raw diet as suggested, but it wasn't too bad as long as I ate every two-three hours and incorporated a variety of fruits/vegetables. My skin is much softer and clearer. I experienced my face feeling flushed from time to time, but nothing major probably due to the effects on my hormones. I also was lethargic at times, but I found that it was usually when I wasn't eating enough. As far as the fibroids, they're still there, but I didn't expect them to disappear with one round considering I have multiple fibroids and at least two are quite large. If you are thinking of buying this cleanse, consider doing it during your non-cycle time (it can make you tired) and start on a non-eventful weekend because you don't know how your body will react. By work on Monday, I knew what to expect! I do feel better overall, I lost around 8-9 pounds and it's motivated me to continue to eat healthy. I do plan to do the cleanse again in about a month. The one criticism that I would have is that I would have liked the instructions in the kit to contain a bit more guidance on the raw diet and how to transition from raw to a regular/healthy diet, but overall, a good product. *

I think I need to repeat detox but it works very pleased with this product. *
