The Full Body Cleanse gave good and bad. Following the instructions was frustrating but made sense. I lost weight but I need to gain weight. It did help my excessive mucus. *

It was a great product and I did lose weight. However, by the 6th day, I started experiencing muscle fatigue. I'm not sure if it was because the 10 day Cleanse is an Express body cleanse or if I just didn't eat enough. I did the 20 day Full Body Cleanse 6 months before I tried the 10 day Cleanse, my experience and results were much better with the 20 day cleanse (5 stars). All in all, I think that it's an amazing product! *

This colon cleanse is very effective. The first few days were fine and I was able to completely stop drinking coffee and felt good eating a completely raw vegan diet. However, as the days progressed, the herbs made my bowel movements were very extreme and in some cases very extreme and painful. I may consider doing it again, but in five day increments. *

I can't tell how effective the slim stick was because I used it in conjunction with the Full Body Cleanse. It was easy to use as I followed the program, but unless I use it as a solo product I am not sure there is a way to tell. My weight and waist line was out of control prior to the Full Body Cleanse so I did have great results, and am starting on a third round to complete my weight release goals, but to say how this would work in and of itself is difficult to rate unless used alone. *

I used the Weight Release Formula for two months. I did not notice any weight lose but I noticed it maintained my current weight, I did not have any additional weight gain, which is a plus. I would recommend this product to anyone who only want to maintain there weight. I have used other D Herbs products before and I absolutely would recommend. *
