I completed my Weight Release Cleanse and Regimen and it was great. In March I did the Full Body Cleanse...combined I lost 9 lbs. I was hoping for more weight lost..my energy level was extremely high and I felt terrific. Ms. Brenda was always willing to assist and that made my journey easier. Hello, DHerbs users....After reading some the reviews from another site describing this as a laxative and plenty of water... I was going to send this product back but after receving my order it continued to peak my interest in the healing therapy it contains....I work in the health care profession and I understand greatly the benefits that I need from Full Body Cleanse....my...Day #2 was horrible a headache worst than a migraine but I manage to work through it. I am historian Green Machine juice user so I thought I'd try something new with a FBC. I can say I feel great and excited already about the results of day 21. At first, I had a little trouble consuming all the pills in a timely manner so I had to set a timer to remind me during my busy schedule but some how I keep missing the Carbon at night. I don't want to keep forgetting so I am planning for a better night. Me omitting the carbon the first two days wont effect my results will it? I can say I am truly energized because I normally sleep in late after a 21 days of work but I can't go back to sleep at all, so house cleaning it is. I'm on day three of the 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express and its hard but I'm surviving. If I eat a piece of fish will it destroy the cleanse? *

I was motivated to do the Full Body Cleanse program after the health class from Alaska Cruise. I am one of the several, who took detox test on the cruise to measure the body fat , water levels, metabolic rate etc. After the trip, I looked at several websites, product reviews and fixed with the below detox program. This is a 20 day detox program: According to program guide, consume 30 pills a day which will cleanse different organs inside the body. Mostly eat raw veggies, fruits and nuts throughout the program. Breakfast: Soy milk & banana smoothie around 7 AM and Blueberry ,strawberry, banana around 10 AM. Lunch : veggie salad Evening snacks : Cucumber, lemon and salt . Dinner : Guac (homemade) and veggies. Ate plenty of nuts, throughout the day. I use to prepare ( buying groceries and making salads, gauc etc) food by my self to sync up the body and mind on what to expect. Did i cheat on my diet ? Yes, during my long run and volleyball days, I use to eat 1/4 cup of quinoa. I lost around 12 pounds . I am pretty sure i will gain it back within three months but losing weight was not my goal .If i don't see any negative impacts with this program, I am planning to do 10 Day Full Body Cleanse program starting from next year. I tried the Female Cleanse because I have been on birth control so long that I fear infertility or fertility complications. I trusted this cleanse because it instructed to eat vegan, which is completely necessary for the herbs to work. Being vegan will naturally shed pounds, plus the colon cleansers helps to eliminate wastes from your body. I didn't loose a ton of weight as I expect, but then again I'm not over weight so maybe I didn't have much weight I needed to loose. My system certainly feels much cleaner. I use the Vegan Protein Powder in my smoothies. I like it because it does not have a gritty aftertaste. I look forward to buying the Vegan Berry Powder mix for my smoothies also. *
