I did the Full Body Cleanse to jump-start my change to a more health conscious lifestyle. I lost 10 pounds and was able to curb my sweet tooth. That's not to say that I don't enjoy an occasional sweet treat, but I have been able to stop adding sugar to foods and drinks I consume! I gave 4 stars just because the carbon was hard for me to take daily. I couldn't get my mind past the black water and didn't consistently use the carbon. However, I am planning to do the Full Body Cleanse every six month. Thanks. *

My husband and I tried the Full Body Cleanse for the first time. We were food shocked at first by the limited dietary requirements but after a few days our bodies adjusted well. We love the product and will do this routine at least twice a year to maintain a healthier lifestyle. Of course, each individual will experience different results but it is well worth trying. *

It's day 5 on the Full Body Cleanse and I have lost 3 lbs. My daughter is doing as well. She has decided to wait until she's done with the cleanse to weigh. I do feel it's working. On day 1, I was awaken from my sleep around 4 AM sick to my stomach. I vomit once then I felt better within 10-15 minutes. I haven't had any major illness since only that I was fatigue on day 2. Overall, I do feel great. Perhaps, this will be a little graphic, I love the BM's that I am having. It's wonderful having regular BM's. I am hoping to continue on this healthy path of eating. If not 100 percent, at least, 90 percent raw foods. Also, I decided to become a club member so I can receive the benefits since I am planning on ordering DHerbs products for life. I rated it a 4 since this is only day 5. Thanks DHerbs for having such great products. *

The Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen continued my release process with an additional 2 lbs. weight loss. First, I completed the Full Body Cleanse and then I continued with the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen. At first, I was expecting to release more than 2 additional pounds, but I realized that the weight release cleanse helped me maintain what I released with the Full body Cleanse. I feel healthier, and I would definitely recommend the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen to start, maintain, or continue in a healthy life style. *

I purchased the Anti-V Cleanse. After taking the cleanse, I felt better and noticed a difference, especially with upper respiratory symptoms. I would recommend purchasing again in the fall/winter seasons. *

The Full Body Cleanse is "THE TRUTH" it really does work! I've been using Dherbs for about 3 years. The first time i did the Full Body Cleanse I lost approximately 25 pounds in 21 days. I have since used it about every 3-4 months to maintain my weight and wellness. After finding out that I was a diabetic, a relative recommended it and after the 21 days it helped restore my blood sugar to a normal level. I recommend it. *

It worked! I lost 12lbs. Sure I would have liked to have lost more, but overall I was pleased with the results. Using the Full Body Cleanse also allowed me to experience eating healthier foods and I have continued to eat many of the same foods post-cleanse. I will likely do this again this year and make the cleanse process a semi-annual activity. *

I'm really enjoying the Pinhole Glasses. I reach for them more than I thought I would. I use them everyday. They're great to read the fine print on bottles, papers and to read pages on my Iphone. It's like owning a pair of magnifying eye glasses but healthier version of an eye glasses. I think they're pretty spectacular! I'm very glad I bought them. *
