The 10 Day Blood Cleanse is a great cleanse overall....and after finishing this blood cleanses all my blood work came back, excellent. It actually surprised my doctor, I didn't lose as much weight as I wanted, however I feel much better and have more energy than I've had in along time. I did the Full Body Cleanse to jump-start my change to a more health conscious lifestyle. I lost 10 pounds and was able to curb my sweet tooth.
