The only reason that I can't give it 5 stars, is that we have had a couple of instances from our last order where the tea bag came apart in the cup. Currently I'm giving it 4 stars...not necessarily because I saw a difference in my hair and nails, but because I have seen a difference in my skin and because this body of mine has arthritis I noticed this hair, skin and nails supplement helps with some of the soreness and stiffness I felt. I use it at night before bed because this is when the body is at rest and has a chance to heal from the day it's had. *
