The Full Body Cleanse was a great introduction to my new relationship with food. I am already a pescatarian, but the cleanse helped me to appreciate homemade salad dressing, which is so much better than store bought. It also made me more aware of food labels and reading the ingredients. The supplements helped to curb my appetite as well! I have started utilizing the recipes offered on this site and must say that they don't disappoint! My husband and I did the cleanse together. He stopped after 9 days. He lost a total of 13lbs by Day 5. I was so jealous! I had only lost 4lbs. Prior to the cleanse, I was in perimenopause and my TSH levels were very high. My endocrinologist wanted to start me on meds for life right away. I declined the meds and asked her to allow me to find a natural way. Since the cleanse my TSH levels have returned within normal range. My hot flashes disappeared by Day 2 of the cleanse. By the end of the week my menstrual cycle returned. I'm not sure if I'm excited about that LOL! My only complaint is the number of capsules consumed for the detox. I understand it's the cleanse but with life keeping one busy, it's easy to forget to drink the recommended amount of water. This is so very important!!! Today is my last day of the Full Body Cleanse. It was a long 20-day journey that proved to be quite challenging. When I began, I was nervous. As a travel nurse on assignment in NOLA (New Orleans, WHODAT nation), I indulged in a lot of delicious food, which led to swelling and worsened migraines. Additionally, my morning headaches, stomach issues, and feelings of being polluted and sluggish were taking a toll. I suffer from hypothyroidism and take Synthroid daily, along with Amlodipine for hypertension and cholesterol medication. I realized that I needed to make a change and say no to artificial medication. During my last assignment in Virginia, I started eating differently and exercising at the hospital's gym. I arrived in VA weighing 179 lbs at 5'3". By changing my eating habits, I lost 10 lbs. The cleanse has been a way for me to jumpstart a new lifestyle as I approach 56 years old. It has helped me stick to a regimen, similar to my active duty days in the military. I completed the cleanse with one error when my husband fixed a sweet potato for me on day 18, which I ate. Thankfully, I stuck to one meal a day consisting of a salad and ate raw fruits, veggies, nuts, and a healthy drink for breakfast. I also maintained my usual water intake of a gallon a day. I didn't take any of my medications during the cleanse, and my blood pressure has remained steady at 108-118/72-78. I currently weigh 157 lbs, the lowest in 11 years. The Full Body Cleanse worked awesome for me the first time I used it. I lost 22 lbs and felt amazing. I was full of energy and didn't incorporate any exercise. This time around, I am ordering it again and will have a workout plan so I can lose more than 22 lbs. I'm ready to restart to a healthy lifestyle and feel great. I've been taking the uterus formula for about 2-3 months, and I believe its working. I'm working on several fibroids (tangerine to orange sized) which have caused bloating and constipation. I started taking the formula with the 10 Day Full Body cleanse Express to give the process a boost. My lower abdomen is slowly but surely shrinking! The bloating comes and goes but the constipation is much improved. I'm adding the uterus tea to the regimen, and looking forward to even better results. This program was easy to follow but I did feel hungry at time which is why I prefer the 20 day cleanse. I loved it but just feel like the 20 day is a better product for me. *

Nerve-Calming Tea helps with the tingling in my legs when I lay down bedtime. I was able to be sleep better. *

Convenient. Full body cleanse but in less the time. A good way to stay on track. My goal is to continue monthly for at least the next 6 months. Great 7 day cleanse! The only downside, as with all the cleanses, is trying to fit all the supplements in my schedule because I work overnights. However, it is doable. *
