Th colon & digestive tract works better when taking 5 capsules instead of 3. While doing the Flora cleanse I was taking 5 capsules. Taking 3 does not work as well for me. So at times I have to take the bowel motion. *

I used the Weight Release Cleanse a few weeks after completing the Full Body Cleanse. While I lost weight on the Full Body Cleanse, I found that I lost more body fat rather than weight during the weight release, which is still a huge plus. The hardest part of the weight release cleanse was the bowel motion. I workout around 5 in the morning, and there were times I would have to stop and run to the restroom or if I'm driving I'd have to pull over at a gas station. There is NO holding it til you get home with this supplement, so I had plan to be near a bathroom during early morning hours. Otherwise, I highly recommend this product and would definitely do it again. *

I love the Full Body Cleanse, but I think there should be more options than just raw foods. I believe that raw food can be difficult for most people to sustain. The flexibility of choosing when to take each pill is great because it allows you to select the best regimen for you. Also, 20 days isn't a long period of time to maintain the regimen, which makes it achievable and doesn't seem like an unreachable goal. *

I love Hair Skin Nails, been getting this for a while. It looks like it's working, my hair and my nails are stronger. *

I just finished the 20 day Full Body Cleanse a week ago. I lost 17 pounds without exercising. It was challenging especially because of all the pills you have to take daily, but I completed the cleanse. The cleanse definitely works, not only for weight loss but it improved my sleep habits and gave me a lot of energy. Now I'm ready to continue my journey. I'm going to try the Dherbs teas next... *
