The Full Body Cleanse works well, but there are a lot of different pills to take each day. I wish that they could be combined into fewer pills with the same results. I have been using this on and off for a few years and when I have the chance to do it, it resets my body. However, due to the amount of traveling I do for my job, I don't always have the time. *

Menstrual Cycle Formula definitely helped regulate my cycles. The only issue I had was the random episodes of horrible cramps when my cycle wasn’t present. I will be trying the Female Hormonal formula to see if it works better. Overall, I enjoyed having a monthly cycle. I think it would be more beneficial to get the formula monthly replenish to make sure I’m always stocked. *
