I lost 20 lbs and gained mental clarity with the Full Body Cleanse. I truly felt that all the negativity and impurities were removed. It energized me to start working out and served as a kickstart to my weight loss journey. I didn’t feel hungry but definitely wasn’t satisfied, which was a learned behavior and relationship developed with certain foods. I stuck to raw fruits, vegetables, and smoothies, and ate small portions every 2 hours. I drank lots of water and have learned how to eat more healthily. On the negative side, taking 5 pills every two hours was extremely hard. I even tried opening the pills and adding them to the smoothie, but it was not tasteful. I had limited food choices because I don’t have a wide palate for a variety of fruits and vegetables. I tried different recipes, but they didn’t agree with me. I spent a lot of money on substitution ingredients, but they just didn’t agree with me. Even though I needed something drastic to kickstart this weight loss journey, I wouldn’t do it again solely because of all the pills. *

I couldn't tolerate the charcoal. Everything else worked great! More energy, regular bowel movements and weight loss. *

I do not feel as sluggish when I take the Blood & Lymphatic. Works great and I'm purchasing my second bottle. My boyfriend also takes these and he is seeing the same results as I am.
