If we need a refresher this is the product to us. First, it's only for 10days, it goes by quickly. The capsules are easy to swallow, you begin to feel better after two days with clarity of mind and flushing on impurities. The plan is easy to follow, I kept it simple with smoothies and salads. Bowel Motion Tea is great for helping with regular bowel movements and constipation, however, I do prefer the Bowel Motion formula over the tea. For me personally, the formula seems to work much better, but both are still really good products. I've always been pretty regular, but I find this product especially helpful when I'm traveling and not eating like I should or when I'm having PMS symptoms. *

The Full Body Cleanse is great. My only issue was the amount of capsules taken at one time, which was overwhelming for me as I don't take medicine often. It took some getting used to, which I never did lol. Outside of that, the product worked, even without changing to a full raw food diet. *
