The hardest part is taking 30 pills a day. I felt a change in my body immediately. Within 24 hours I felt lighter. Living on veggies and fruits following the instructions wasn’t difficult at all. My hardest part was exercising after a full day of work. I couldn’t get motivated to go to the gym. I have 6 days left on my 20-day Full Body Cleanse. I would like to see more weight come off within that time. As of now, I was able to get rid of 8 lbs. I’m making a pledge to myself to get back into the gym this week. I’m going to start the Weight Release Cleanse for 20 days next. *

This detox formula I’ve used several times because it comes with the cleanse package that I like to purchase from time to time. I recently decided to not use it in tandem with a cleanse and try it as a stand-alone supplement. Truthfully, I probably won’t purchase it alone again. The product is definitely quality. I always use this cleanse when I need to detox and I can say that I always shed at least water weight, which In my opinion is still significant. I lost 20 lbs and gained mental clarity with the Full Body Cleanse. I truly felt that all the negativity and impurities were removed. It energized me to start working out and served as a kickstart to my weight loss journey. I didn’t feel hungry but definitely wasn’t satisfied, which was a learned behavior and relationship developed with certain foods. I stuck to raw fruits, vegetables, and smoothies, and ate small portions every 2 hours. I drank lots of water and have learned how to eat more healthily. On the negative side, taking 5 pills every two hours was extremely hard. I even tried opening the pills and adding them to the smoothie, but it was not tasteful. I had limited food choices because I don’t have a wide palate for a variety of fruits and vegetables. I tried different recipes, but they didn’t agree with me. I spent a lot of money on substitution ingredients, but they just didn’t agree with me. Even though I needed something drastic to kickstart this weight loss journey, I wouldn’t do it again solely because of all the pills. *

I couldn't tolerate the charcoal. Everything else worked great! More energy, regular bowel movements and weight loss. *

The Dherbs Full Body Cleanse works well. It didn't result in significant weight loss, but it did improve my body's functioning. After the cleanse, I went to the doctor and all my blood work came back excellent. I lost a total of ten pounds, so I am very pleased with the product in that aspect. Thank you. *

It was great for cleansing my body, it really needed cleaning. I didn't lose much weight, but it did clear my skin and my nails are growing now. I will be getting more after I do the Full Body Cleanse. *

I do not feel as sluggish when I take the Blood & Lymphatic. Works great and I'm purchasing my second bottle. My boyfriend also takes these and he is seeing the same results as I am. Doing our first lymphatic massage after this and will probably make a difference. I would recommend this lymphatic supplement to anyone who had lymphatic issues. *
