I have tried a lot of products, the Full Body Cleanse is the perfect one for me. I wanted to see if I completed the Full Body Cleanse would I lose 30 pounds in 20 days. I am not a vegetarian so I found it very hard to stick to eating just raw vegetables. But for the 20 days I stuck to the vegetarian diet and completed the cleanse. I didn't lose 30 pounds but I did lose 20 pounds. I have to tell you, it was very hard for me but if I can do it--anyone can. I'm getting ready to start another cleanse. I'm hoping to lost the 30 pounds but another 20 wouldn't be bad either. *
