This is a really good cleanse for cleaning out your system. I just don't like the raw food diet. I wish there was a way it could be done with steamed vegetables instead. I lost about 10 lbs and plan on doing another Full Body Cleanse sometime. If you can discipline yourself for 20 days, you'll see results. *

I am on day 19 of the Full Body Cleanse and have only "released" 8 lbs, which is why I gave a 4-star rating. I wish it would have resulted in more lbs, as the diet regimen was strict compared to my normal diet. However, 8 lbs is better than nothing and I do feel better now. I am looking into the Weight Release system to try next in hopes that more lbs can be released before I have to get into a swimsuit! *
