This was my first full body cleans ever and I've really enjoyed it. The only thing that I would suggest is to try and make the pills a little smaller or a less amount to take. I love love love this cleanse. It was easier to maintain while I worked my way up to the 20 day cleanse. I don’t feel bloated and I have lots of energy. Excellent herbs... Colon & Digestive Tract keeps me regular. 3 capsules is a bit strong for me so I cut it down to 2 capsules every night. It gives me a gentle movement in the morning. I highly recommend it! *
