I completed the 20-day Full Body Cleanse and lost 13 lbs... During the initial 10 days, I experienced a lot of different emotions especially anger and resentment...but I learned a lot about my body... After the first 12 days, it became much easier... I am now off the cleanse, and I no longer have cravings for Coke Zero (I was addicted to it) and absolutely no sugar cravings.... I don't miss bread but I have added some fish back to my diet.... After going through those 20 days, with the first 12 being pure hell I am now conscious of what I put in my mouth... I am considering trying the weight-loss cleanse but it's a lot more expensive... I was hoping to lose more weight but I guess 13 lbs is better than nothing... Also all my bloat is gone and my digestion issues have improved... During the cleanse my blood pressure, which had been running high and led to me being put on meds several years ago, dropped to normal numbers for the first time in several years.... *

Joint Aid definitely works. I had trigger finger to my right thumb which was very painful. This cured it. I take it daily. I think I would do even better if my diet was anti-inflammatory. *

I have to say the Full Body Cleanse is great! I wasn't too happy about having to take all the pills but I dealt with it lol. I felt so much better after changing my diet as well. The recipes were the best help of all. There are so many options... excuse me.... GREAT TASTING OPTIONS!!!! I'm trying to get my mom to try it now. She was just put on medication for high blood pressure and I know that with this system and her changing her eating habits it will work miracles! *
