The Full Body Cleanse was one of the best things I could have done for myself. I did follow the diet but did not exercise, so I only lost 9 pounds. When I started the Full Body Cleanse, I was not sure I would be able to complete it because everything had to be raw. I chose this lung cleanse because I suffer with asthma, breathlessness and fatigue compounded with a lot of mucus. I ordered the Respiratory Cleanse and Regimen with high hopes. I can truly say that on the third day not only had the mucus subsided but I was able to breathe and move around at my normal pace. This cleanse was truly a blessing for me and I was encouraged to finish it to the end. Eating green was also a big plus.
