The 10 day cleanse for the first day was a struggle for me. I thought I had planned it better but I ended the first day ok. I was hungry for the meat! The second day and after was better. I was on point and everything worked so well. Talking about the waste sound gross to my friends but it was no stomach pain or anything. It felt like I was poked with a pin and all the air was let out of me, without the pain. I lost 7 pounds. My skin is tight, my face looks like I had a lift or something. It is amazing. D'herbs did the work and now has an awesome product!! I recommend this product. We all need a cleanse!! *
